We would like to update you on a couple of good news stories from last week!

Two vehicles seized for no insurance!

Whilst patrolling Ledbury, officers spotted two cars being driven with no insurance. The cars were seized and tickets issued to the drivers.

Insurance isn't optional, it's there to protect everyone on our roads. Please take a moment of your time to check your cover is valid and up to date before driving.

Positive action in Ledbury following shop thefts!

Following a report from a local supermarket regarding a group of individuals committing theft of several items from the shop, officers from the local policing team were quickly dispatched.

After reviewing CCTV footage and carrying out a brief search of the surrounding area, officers located three individuals believed to be involved. The matter was dealt with at the time, with all three receiving Community Resolutions for their actions.

Shop theft has a significant impact on businesses, staff and the wider community. We will continue to work closely with local retailers to tackle this type of offending and keep our communities safe.
